Beginning Youth Fencing Class (ages 6 - 12.9)
This class is part of a six-week class cycle (check here for start of new classes) for kids.  We teach all the basic elements of the sport to those with no prior knowledge of the sport.  By the end of the six weeks, the student should know how to move, attack, defend and some basic tactics for success.  When ready, those graduating from this class may join the club and practice with our members.

Youth Members Saber and Epee Training Class (ages 6 - 12.9)
This class is for members only.  Our youth fencers attend this class to prepare for competition.  Included in this class are: warm-ups, conditioning, stretching, speed and agility exercises, drills with and without weapons, and open bouting.  Some fencers may receive private lessons during the class time.

Adult Members Saber and Epee Training Class (ages 13+)
This class is for members only.  Our teenage and adult fencers attend this class to prepare for competition.  Included in this class are: warm-ups, conditioning, stretching, speed and agility exercises, drills with and without weapons, and open bouting.  Some will obtain private lessons with a coach if scheduled ahead of time.

Youth Members Epee Fundamentals Class (ages 6 - 12.9)
This class is for members only.  To transition new fencers from the beginning classes to the more advanced members class, we offer this fundamentals class in epee to help bring them up to speed.  We cycle through 4 basic epee actions over the month. Fencers may continue taking this class for as long as they wish.

This class is for members only.  This night is the fun night.  Open bouting from the get-go.  On occasions, we hold impromptu team matches (old folks against the teenagers, boys vs girls) to end the evening.  It’s a great time to watch some inspired fencing

Elite Competitive Training (invited members only, all ages)
This class is held on most Saturdays (not all) and is intended for those who are actively striving to succeed in the sport.  This (mostly) weekly training will involve a lot of conditioning, speed drills, flexibility, endurance and ends the day (usually) with a lot of bouting practice, to make sure fencers can succeed when their muscles are at their most exhausted.  Members only, and only after invited to join in.
